This will be the last chance to send your email to support HB 1209.   The full body of the Florida House of Representatives is scheduled to vote Wednesday, February 29, 2012 on HB 1209 titled Application of Foreign Laws in Certain Cases.  If enacted, HB 1209 would prohibit certain provisions of foreign laws including Sharia law from being considered by Florida courts if they do not afford the same liberties, rights and privileges guaranteed by the Florida and US Constitution.
